Ahhh, yes, the idea that started it all. I thought I had to come up with something clever for my very first strip. The idea of a faceless character being sad came to mind (and ironically, made me the opposite of sad), and from them I came up with these two simplistic little dudes, which have made themselves (convenient) recurring characters.
