So I finally managed to customize this website a bit. For you technically-inclined, I am using a script called Comicpress to publish the comics online, and their templating system is a bit weird, to say the least. So until now, what you were seeing before was the default template that comes with Comicpress.
I hope to be able to make this site look much cooler eventually… worthy of the name antiSocially!
Sorry folks, as you can see, no comic strip today. I’ll make it up with an extra strip sometime this week!
I’ve decided to use the month of October to pay tribute to horror movies! So every Friday, starting this Friday the 2nd, each antiSocially strip will hail a particular movie. Here’s a preview of this Friday’s strip… can you guess what movie it is?
Most of you should know that most artists have huge egos and are narcissists. To further perpetuate such false stereotypes, I’ve decided to put myself into this coming Friday’s chapter of antiSocially. Here’s a preview!
So for a while it seemed like I might be falling behind on drawing some antiSocially strips, picked up a couple pretty big freelance projects that took up most of my time. Fortunately, I have found inspiration to create a few strips to keep things going 
I wanted to stockpile a few strips before committing to any kind of posting schedule, but I think having a schedule helps keep me sane, somehow. So I’m thinking that perhaps updating this site every Monday and Friday is the way to go. This week saw updates both days, and there is one currently scheduled for this coming Monday, so so far, so good!
Also, I think in order to maintain some semblance of order here, if I ever miss a date, then let’s assume there will be an update on the NEXT Monday or Friday. Okay? Okay.
The comic strips featured on this website may not make sense at first (or ever!) but I hope that doesn’t stop you from coming back from time to time to see what crazy ideas I’ve come up with.
A little about myself… as the header above states, I am Enrique Garcia. I work as a graphic designer and illustrator and during my free time, I work on screenplays and on the comic strips you’ll be finding on this site. Ever since high school (many hundreds of moons ago) I’ve wanted to put together a comic book but have always been overwhelmed by the enormity of it. So I’ve decided upon the almighty comic strip to impart tiny doses of my randomness upon the populace.
I’ve started things off with three strips; you’ll notice they have the same characters. This wasn’t my intention, it just kind of happened. What I really wanted to do was a ‘Far Side’-type of strip with just random glimpses into these characters’ lives, but thanks to my laziness and the ability to cut and paste images, I’ve got recurring characters, haha! Fear not, Chapter 5 will have an all-new and totally different character, before going back to the ones above 
So I hope you come back, and please feel free to leave your thoughts behind by filling out the comment form!
